Celebrate the season with us as we remember the moment Love came down and changed everything. Join our Broadmoor family for worship, community, and the joy of Christmas as we prepare our hearts for Christ’s birth.

 

We’ll come together to rejoice in the wonder of the season as we deck the halls with love, worship, and festive decorations!

 

Enjoy a modern twist to some of your favorite Christmas songs, performed by our Contemporary Worship Band. Plus there will be holiday treats and a photo op!

 

Let the glow of candlelight and the smooth jazz fill your heart with peace and joy as we celebrate the sacred melodies of Christmas during this special candlelight concert.

 

All 6th – 12th graders are invited on a surprise Christmas adventure Sunday, December 14 from noon to 4:00pm. The cost is FREE and lunch will be provided. Meet in the Casual Worship Center parking lot. Sign up here.

 

Choir, orchestra, visuals, and narrations combine to present several well-loved Christmas carols, including some for which all can sing along.

 

Join us on the Sanctuary front lawn for a heartwarming experience! Enjoy photo opportunities, a festive petting zoo, and warm hot chocolate as we celebrate the beauty of the season together.

Joy to the world, the Lord has come! You’re invited to celebrate the birth of the Christ Child on this most holy night of the year. 

Frequently Asked Questions

All of our Christmas activities take place at Broadmoor United Methodist Church. The exact location is listed on the event graphic. The church campus is located at 10230 Mollylea Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70815, on the corner of Mollylea Dr and Sharp Rd.
Please come as you are. There is no dress code for any of our Christmas activities. Some people choose to dress more formally, especially for worship, but others choose to wear more casual attire.

All of the Christmas at Broadmoor activities are free to attend. There will be an (optional) offering collected during Sunday worship and Christmas Eve services which will help support the missions and ministries of Broadmoor United Methodist Church. 

A nursery will be available for infants – 5 year olds on Sundays, November 30, December 7 & December 14, as well as the 4:30 and 6:00pm Christmas Eve services. To request nursery for Jazzy Night, please email Tammy at tducote@broadmoormethodist.org. The nursery is located downstairs in our Children’s Ministries Building.
Guest parking spaces are available in front of the Sanctuary and Casual Worship Center.
